The SYMPACT^® methodology has been developed together with our partners to link hard facts with soft issues in management.

As by 2011 AHT is offering new services in process management using the EDEN^® maturity assessment. Dr. Pavel Kraus is certified EDEN^® consultant. The EDEN^® process management assessment methodology is new to Switzerland. It has been developed through a practicioner network in Germany.
